On September 18, Mike Weeks was asked to present to the St. Charles Senior Citizen Advisory Committee Town Hall.  The focus of the meeting was information that seniors need to know.  Amongst the topics were elder abuse and fraud, Medicare information, information regarding the St. Charles Ambulance District and safety in the home.  Mike presented about estate planning and elder law issues, such as the importance of power of attorney documents, how to protect assets against long term care costs, and how to avoid probate.
